1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Hostbabyna. By accessing our website and utilizing our web hosting, VPS, domain registration, or software licensing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

All services provided by Hostbabyna may be used for lawful purposes only. The storage, display, or transmission of any information, data, or material in violation of any Indian or international law is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Content Includes (but is not limited to):

• Illegal material, including copyrighted works or unauthorized trademark usage.
• Phishing, malware, or spamming scripts.
• Child pornography or explicit adult content.
• Pirated software, hacker programs, or archives.
• Cryptocurrency mining scripts.

3. Account Setup and Security

We will set up your account after receipt of payment and after our automated fraud screening processes are complete. You are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (cPanel, WHM, Client Area). Hostbabyna is not liable for any data loss or disruption caused by compromised passwords.

4. Payment and Billing

All services are billed on a prepaid basis in Indian Rupees (INR). You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided.

Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in account suspension. Accounts unpaid 14 days after the due date will be terminated and all data will be permanently deleted.

5. Backups and Data Loss

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. While Hostbabyna provides complimentary daily backups for Shared and WordPress hosting plans, we do not guarantee the integrity or availability of these backups. You agree to take full responsibility for maintaining appropriate local backup copies of all your websites, databases, and emails.

6. Reseller Obligations

If you purchase a Reseller, Master Reseller, or Alpha Reseller plan, you are fully responsible for supporting your own clients. Hostbabyna does not provide direct technical support to your end-users. You must also ensure your clients adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Shared and Reseller hosting plans. Cloud VPS, dedicated IP addresses, software licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, etc.), and domain name registrations are strictly non-refundable.

If you violate our Terms of Service (e.g., sending spam), your account will be immediately terminated without a refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of West Bengal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
